When should my child
first see a dentist?

It is important for your child to have a positive experience when
visiting the dentist. The best way to achieve this is to have your
child accompany you for your professional cleaning and exam
appointments when he is around 2 years old. That way, your child
will see first hand how easy it is to visit the dentist. Once your
child is comfortable with our office and friendly staff, we can
examine and clean his teeth. A good experience now will build a
positive future attitude on visiting the dentist.
